Here is a Gyuto i just finished gluing up yesterday. Its an 8" 12c27 stainless steel gyuto. The blade is 2.4 mm thick and the overall length is 13.5"
I have only made 3 WA handled knives. But I'm really enjoying them. I live using different timbers.
This one features stabilised york gum with black g10. It will also get a cedar saya for safe storage.
