Ok I like having a customized to my taste knife as much as the next guy but I have more time than money so I'm usually limited to the few things I can do on my own. Well I got this ZT 801 in a trade The other day and the more I look at, play with, and hold this knife the more I love it. So I start rooting around the net to find ideas and came up with this, I polished all the hardware and clip (wanted the ZT logo off the clip anyway, too many logos) and polished the high spots on the scales with 1000 grit then 1500. All I have to say is WOW!!! These couple minor things I did to her completely transformed this thing!! I Tried to capture the new beauty to this thing but believe me when I say that pictures do no justice. I've owned very few knives that took me a while to fall for but this is one of them. I usually know right away if Ima like it or not. Now with these little mods I did I like it that much more. I want to make clear that these are my opinions and alot of folks think that their way is the only way but I like this knife so much now it has believe it or not kicked my large sebenza out of my pocket (for the time being at least)!! Anyhow, I'm gonna quit rambling and get to the pics, Please let me know what y'all think and if anyone would like this done to theirs pm or email me
