My account email is not receiving login permissions

My original account name is dunefan. I opened this account (dunefan1) to be able to communicate and get help logging into my original account. I keep requesting login numbers and nothing appears in my original email. Please help. I can be reached through this email or the email attached to my dunefan user name.

Nothing in "junk". I've been a member for 20 years and never had this problem until this week. Request login information and nothing shows up. How do I contact Spark?

1. Go to the desktop version of gmail, not the phone app version
2. Go to your junk folder
3. Mark all emails from BladeForums as not spam.

My gmail is working fine. That's what I used to create this account. My original is an address (my cable provider) and I've never had a problem before. I'd be happy to move the account to a gmail account is I could just get into it to do so.

So, did you follow Spark's instructions? Access your Gmail account from a PC rather than your phone, then look in the spam folder for anything from BF. It's possible that Gmail will mark some BF things as spam and not others.
