Yes, I said I was canceling my order and I honestly tried but I was too late. This shipped the day I called but I did manage to cancel the assault shaker in time. So now I spent more money than I should have but I'm VERY happy with this knife! I'll get better pictures later. It's late and I don't have good lighting in my house for pictures.

My AD has easily become my most-often used and favorite Busse. It's tough, handles incredibly well, and, more important, it's sized perfectly to always have it close by when you need it.

Got mine yesterday too. One great knife! SnakeSkin Nucarta handles give the knife a distinctive look & feel.

I call bullsh!t!!!! Did they really let you do that? I have got to ask my wife's doctor about that one! :D

Wow! Nice pictures AVP:cool:

Congratulations on the AD!

btw, how do you get the closeups so clean?

Canceling my Busse order?

I know what each word means individually, but I don't understand what they mean combined.. I just never heard them used together like that before:D
Usually it's more like -my credit card company threatened to "Cancel my account if I place another Busse order" ;) :D ;)

Thanks everyone!

Strabs, I have a Nikon CoolPix 4500 and it is excellent at taking close-up (macro) shots. It can focus as close as 2cm away from an object. It's a great digital camera for things like this.

Fan of Steel, trust me it's not something I wanted to do more than needed to (financial reasons). On the other hand, I'm really happy the AD shipped before I could tell them to hold off. It is one AWESOME knife!

Here's two more for you infi hogs:

You must have a tripod for those macro shots. I can never hold still enough at that range. Maybe I need a little something to steady my nerves. Friday night I got so steady I could hardly move. Now go out and abuse that little booger! :D

mhawg, you're right I did use a tripod for the first set of pictures. These last two were done without a tripod. I was down on the floor holding the camera as steady as I could. :)
