Hi all!
When I started collecting knives again last June and started get locking folders instead slipjoints, I bought quite many knives. It was fun but I usually spent $25 to $ 48 on good deal with Kershaw knives. Mainly on 13c26 blades, few 14c28. I was happy with them and I never considered getting high ends. Now after Christmas I got Spyderco Caly 3 and well I guess that's where I evolved... or my addiction grew worse. Next there was Zero Tolerance 0500 which would cost usually 4-5 Kershaw knives I bought last year... and I really moving towards Busse... Darn how did this happen?!?
I just paid a decent amount from Scrapyard Knives Dumpster Mutt which have been modified. Used but in good condition as I wanted good general knife that could take the beating and Scrap yard informed their warranty would still be on for knife, dispite its modifications as modifications did not broke the knife. I have to love warranties for Scrapyard. Busse and Esee companies. Which might be one reason I am looking at them. I am ready to pay extra on good warranty.
The thing is, I am really looking at Busse Game Warden and thinking if I should get that (though I have no REAL need for it) or twice as expensive Busse Choppers...
I promised to get fewer knife this year... appareantly I am making so but I'll still spend more money on those than last year...
I told myself I never going to get Sebenza but if this goes on, heck I am not sure what do I have next year...
