Some of you might remember that C Bryant designed a knife for John's Anniversary Contest, and won. I think it became a popular model.;)

Awhile back John decided to make up a scaled down version with a 2 5/8" blade. I liked the design but not the blade length, so I asked John to make me one with a 3" blade.

Here it is...C Bryant's design with John's scaled down twist...

And in hand...It fits my hand like a glove. With my index finger in the cutout my thumb just falls right into place on the serrations.

It isn't just pretty..it is tough enough.

It makes great fuzz sticks too. You'll have to take my word on that though. My camera batteries died.:(

One I took earlier of my JK family...with my trusty SAK...

This is now,by far, my favorite fixed blade.:D

Great work John:thumbup: And nice design C Bryant.

that's a cool little knife... i like it... looks like a great EDC blade...

That's a great twist on an awesome design. I can imagine how useful it must be as an EDC knife.

Most cool.

All the best,

My original thoughts on this model was that it would make a great everyday model to match the full size. I was going to match the handles to the full size models that were sold. I was surprised that only 2 sold.

Holding it in my hands and using it I am surprised as well.

I have my son this weekend so it will get a good workout.:D

Just gotta pick up some fresh batteries. I am itching to show this baby off in W&SS.:)

That little knife looks about perfect. Nice JK family portrait as well.

Ya....It was a fun time.

The only thing now is ......my son loves it!!!!!!

He wants one bad , minus the thumb serrations.

In order for me to use it long enough for the review I had to bribe him by letting him carry and use my other EDC.

He built this pine needle and branch "torch" with it.:)
