my altoid challenge

I'm an leo and my quest iss to put together a small first aid kit that could either fit in an altoid tin or the tin america online is sending out ( about 6x6 and 1/2 thick) What do you guys recomend I put in there to get me thru the night? It only has to hold enough for one night as I always go home at the end of my shift and can replenish it the next day before work!!!

A couple antiseptic or poviodine wipes, a few band aids, a sheet of surgical strips and a TrauMedic Compress would fit in the larger tin if not the Altoids can. An alternative would be just the band aids and a large piece of clean bleached cotton (sling, compress, etc, etc)
