Great thanks to a Pixie Proxy whom got this little sweetheart for me.:thumbup::D

Its my Official AmyO Cheese Cake Cutter. Micarta and bone handle just melts in your hand. About ,20 thick and nicely sharp.

Bring On The Cake!!!

I remember seeing that one in a few of the pictures - what a beauty! Glad to see it found a new home.

Man, I have been eyeing that ASH variant forever. I remember it has been in like 2 or 3 ganza's and knob creek and blade east.

I am glad it finally found a good home.
