I'd like to apologize to Spyderco for comming off as the HARD CORE BM FAN. I love my Spydes too. Spyderco is the reason I took to knives, and led to my discovery of all kinds / brands of cutlery. Thank you Spyderco. -AR

Kidding, of course! We know you guys are fans of many brands. Personally I'm just glad Spyderco is near the top for most of you..

One of the cool things about the Spydie forum is you don't have to be afraid to mention other manufacturers' knives. More than once I've read Sal coming to the defense of other companies, custom makers, etc.

P.S. Spyderco and BM tie for 1st., Boker 2nd., and the rest are 3rd. hehehe

Is Mrs. Michelle Espinosa still around? I really like Danelle, but I have only talked to Michelle. I just want to know if I will be lucky enuff' to speak with her rather than Michelle if I ever need anything. -AR

The reason why Intelligent men learn more from fools is simply that fools make more mistakes. I have learned much more from my mistakes than I will ever learn form my successes. Also being intelligent can be likened to being able to recognize when you make a mistake. With as many mistakes as I have made I would think I would be the smartest man alive and the richest. But Bill Gates keeps beating me each year!

Please, I appreciate the replies, but don't start this here. I started this thread KNOWING that their was NO WAY I could go wrong. I guess I was wrong again. (Hey, I'm getting good at this admitting my mistakes thing huh?) Please, take it elsewhere. Ghostsix's unnecessary posts are the reason Chief, and you others replied here in the first place. This thread was mainly meant for Danelle and Sal. This thread is, in my opinion, closed. Thank you for noticing my post. -AR

I don't know about ghostsix's previous posts but there is no reason to call ANYONE an idiot on the forums. That includes you, me, ghostsix, chief or anyone IMHO. If I was standing around with some friends at a pub and someone called me or anyone else an idiot I would tell them the same thing. I would take it elsewhere if there was somewhere else to take it but it was started here. I would say the same thing if someone called you an idiot. I don't want to see these forums turn into the name calling playground fight that some others have. I think my reply was much nicer than calling someone a name. A little sarcastic perhaps but based in truth. The other nice thing about these forums is that Mike and Spark don't shut down threads over minor incidents such as this one. Your feelings are duly noted.

I realize that calling someone an idiot doesn't acomplish anything. That is why I didn't say it. My post here had nothing to do with ghostsix or anyone else in particular other than Sal and Danelle. Even after I was insulted, I just stood up for myself and gave my reason for apoligizing. I don't think I did anything inapproiate. -AR
