My Apprentice...shes damn good at knifemaking...

Well guys...alot of you know me, Eric Draven...Draven Ind. Some of you however may not know that I have an apprentice. Her name is Taka.

Recently she began making a new line of knives she calls the "Mutation"...becuz it will be able to be mutated into so many different blade patterns. The begin she wanted to make a utility type knife, so she went with a wharny/mariner type blade. VERY COOL. S30V steel,zero ground, Blue/black G10,and Kydex neck or belt sheath. I think she did damn good...

Anyways...heres a few pics... let me know what you all think of her latest work. Thanx for looking....

Ouch...sounds like he lacks drive or doesnt have time. Mine is on her 7th & 8th ones now...duplicates of the above knife. Show him her work, shes only been at it about 8 months or so. If he's got you to teach him, I bet he's gonna do well. I had to figure most of it out on my own.

I think it will make a nice utility knife for EDC so shes making a few more. AND she has a damascus tanto almost dont too...Chad Nichols Dama,CF handles with Dark Red G10 underlays. The girl is a badass...but then again, she learned from me. :cool: *toots own horn*

Not sure how the rules work around here, yet, but this one is ... uhhh ... up for grabs ... as I really need the extra cash for Christmas. Hope I'm not stepping over any lines but, if anyone wants it, just shoot Eric a message, and he'll take care of you...since I'm not a paying member, quite just yet. :)
