Collins double bit axe

And now im working on a Wardsmith double bit and also a Plumb (im not sure what the pattern is).

Nice video but kind of long. I skipped the middle part. No problems with your English - it's actually very good. What sort of machine is that you're working with? It looks heavy duty.

You're doing a great job on those axes.

Its a belt/disc grinder 1"x30". It costs about 100$ so i guess its equivalent to your for example Harbour Freight 1x30.

Cleaned up real nice. I think it is cool that vintage American axes are being brought back to life in Poland:thumbup:.

What a shame that im probably the only person who does that here :/
Wards and Sager ...

How many vintage American axes do you see in Poland? Or did you obtain them elsewhere?

I've bought them on ebay from a US seller. I havent found any american axes in Poland besides the ones i own.

Well, ive been reading the axe thread a lot and i wanted to give them American axes a chance :D
It went out that they're very good ... the heat treating is perfect.
PLUMB axe.

Tomorrow i'll probably make a movie about restoring an axe by grinding it with a hand file.
