My Balisong Pin Design!!!

ok these pins wont break, wont come apart unless you take them apart and they fit in Jaguar,BearMGC,The China Balisongs, they fit in every balisong i have. i got one of my friends with a CNC machine to cut a solid block of aluminum into pin parts. they look like BM42 pins, but they are different.im thinking about selling them but i only have 2 sets right now..so click on the address below and let me know what ya think of them ok, thanks!!

but won't each pin be expensive when you make them at a small scale (few in numbers)?

yeah i know the pic is blury, no they arent expensive,if ya have a CNC machine, you can make hundreds of pins a day. if i decide to sell them, they wont be over $10.00, and $10 isnt that much for pins that wont break. ive tested them for 3 months now, my kriss blade balisong hasnt had a problem yet. so if anyone interested in my pins,email me at hot_topic28@hotmail.com , i might sell the other set that i have sorta as like a pre-production set.

yes i know, but is it possible to adjust the tightness of the handles with your pins? And do they unscrew after heavy usage?

yes you can adjust the tightness on my pins, no they dont come apart very easy. ive had these pins in my kriss blade balisong for 3 months and not a problem yet.

Wow! These sound great! I'm currently working on repinning my favourite Jag (while waiting for my 42), and I was thinking of your pins while beating my brass nails with my way too big hammer. I hope you got my e-mail.

the difference is that these are made from a CNC machine, and they dont unscrew unless you take them apart, and they are smaller.
