Hello everyone!
I got a wonderful BRKT Full Tang Kephart in summer. Unfortunately I haven't been able fully test it, just done some whittling and such but I haven't had time to camp or take more extended hikes yet but I like it alot.
I aquirred this week via forum member a smaller BRKT as I was looking a smaller BRKT to piggyback on the Kephart. It suits my philosophy: Right tool for right job. A smaller knife is very handy making smaller task like whittling or making kindlings. Kephart is awesome utility knife the briefly I've managed to test it. Broomstick handle is very comfortable. Woodland special is other type knife but is also very comfortable.
I think this combi is quite perfect for me. All I need is BRKT green micarta fire steel and my set is almost completed. And I need sxrews zip ties are temporary attachment till I get suitable screws.
My Green Micarta Bark River Kephart FT and Woodland Special:
These make me want to take them out and use 'em really well. I just hope I can finish my gradwork soon so I can spent then bit more time outdoors.
