Looks interesting... is it gray in color? It looks slightly reddish, also I'm officially hungry now Srirachi...Mmmmmm.

I think it's the lighting... It is dark grey in color. I washed it with soap and water and then put mineral oil on it. Anything else I should do?

Nice even patina, looks good. I eat Srircha sauce every day, my guts must have a sweet patina. :D

I actually can't eat it like I used to. It blisters the roof of my mouth. I love the stuff, so we still mix it in with things. Just have to watch it when put it on top of stuff.

Nice! Looks great. My BK2 is bone stock, sheath and all (belt loop was altered to fit my belt without slop though), but it's my EDC and I love it.

So after looking at it a while I wasn't completely satisfied. So I took a risk and tried this:

OK, scarey doesn't even begin to cover it when I dropped my blade in the mix... Boiling brown liquid... Things happen real quick. I only did one session and then cleaned most of it off with a scotchbright pad. I'm sure with real heavy use, most of the rest of it will come off, but I really like the look now...
