I just received my Becker BK10. It is impressive! 
The blade is broad, heavy, and thick for hard use, but it has a shaving sharp edge and slices excellently. I used it in the yard today to take the branches off a blown down pine tree and to cut up some of that nasty yellow polypro rope. I find that the controversial handles fit my medium-sized hands just fine. It is a big, bulky knife, but it will complement my smaller ones well.
