My Benchmade Stryker Auto has a broken tip..

I have a well used but not abused, benchmade stryker auto, that the tip broke off the other day, and I wasnt prying with it. What can I do?. If I send it to Benchmade will they fix it or replace the blade? . Also would they beable to fix the dings in the handles edge?. I heard some people have sent in there messed up knives, and gotten a new one back, will they do that for me, or beable to just fix it?. Thanks in advance.

Benchmade has a good reputation for customer service, so I would give them a call. There may be a problem with an auto if you're on the wrong side of the law for shipping one. I understand some dealers will help with this. Maybe you should check on the Automatic Knives forum for that.
