This is by far the best ergonomic, overall size, blade shape and size I have made! This is a 4" blade D2 stock knife with G10 handles. I used this knife to pop the top off my pumpkins and it was effortless! I have used this knife for almost every kitchen function since I have made it. I have it's bigger brother that's basically the same with a 1/2" longer handle and an 1" longer blade. The 5" one is my favorite table knife when I eat cause the extra blade length makes it easier to use with a fork I guess.

Anyway here is my best kitchen utility I've made to date! I'll be making a taller chefs knife version sometime next year I guess :)

It's 3/32" stock. I've been doing all my kitchen stuff in that stock thickness :)

That's a beauty Brian ! We'll be gettin messy with the pumkins soon :)
Cheers

Brian,I like it.

I'v been using a 1/8" knife in the kitchen and it's a little thick but I'm getting use to it.
