My BK11 and kydex sheath

I stripped the blade, convex edged it, re-profiled the blade to drop the point some, jimped the spine, and used a belt sander to sand down the finger guard for a better grip. I added some TommytheWho walnut scales, rubbed down with BLO.
I then made a kydex sheath out of OD kydex. I made the sheath to fit the KaBar TDI clip. For smaller knives, I feel the Tek-Loks are a bit of overkill, they make the sheath stick out a bit too much for my liking. I thought about maybe trimming the sides of the sheath, but this sheath setup fits pretty damn well into the thigh pocket on my carpenter jeans. Thanks for looking.

At first, it was a mustard patina. I wanted it darker, so I doused it with Frank's Hot Sauce. I put that shit on everything, haha. Seriously, Frank's Hot Sauce.

looks great. TommytheWho does great work on those scales. Im tempted to pick up some slabs of my own from him.

That 11 has some character to it for sure, thanks for the pictures
