After "Ineedabandaid" fixed up my 16 with some bocote, my RC4 started feeling......well, a little under dressed. So, I tried my hand at some handle making and I think it actually looks fairly decent. The scales are bocote with brass pins and thong hole. Please, excuse the sleet :D.

Nice work there WB. I never woulda guessed that was your first attempt. Maybe you should make a set for a full sized Becker.

I really like the grain of bocote! I'm trying to track down some scales for my BK2 right now. If I can't find any decent priced ones, I'm going to make them!

Go for it! Of course, Tommythewho makes some beautiful bocote scales and I highly recommend his work. Here are some walnut that he made for my JAB PB.
