This is a nice knife. I did alot of looking around and this was the best knife for me . The weight is just right. I started by choping some wood no problems thair. Cut paper just fine after that. I have alot of knives but this one is on top of the list. I am going out and putting it to the test.its nice when you get something and its everything they say it is. Very happy. Thair is one problem now i have to have a bk 9
 
It's a "gateway" knife ...leads to more and bigger things.

Welcome to your journey to your next addiction. My first was the BK2 even though what I really wanted was a BK10. Then came the BK7, BK9, BK11, finally my BK10 and then another two BK2s. Even though I finally got my Holy Grail BK10, I still grab the BK2 for camping, splitting, batoning and anything else I can think of. Its just one bad@$$ knife. Its my workhorse. Trust me...you won't stop at the BK9 :)

Like Cobra said, it is a gateway knife; leading to other things. And ya should know, if the gate starts to close, just get out the BK2 and pry it right back open. Welcome to Beckerland!!!!..... Once you go BECKER!..... enough said......;):thumbup:
