from kitchen work to carving i don't think i could have picked a better knife!

Dang! Getting hungry just looking at that pic! Good choice for a carving knife! Only confirms the versatility of the BK2.

That would be tasty in a sammich!! Now the true test....spreading some mayo and mustard on a piece o bread.

no Sir no need to add anything to the meat i grill (i'd consider it an insult) seasoned just right slow cooked over hickory wood.... need i say more?

wow, that's some crispy critter there

At first I thought these were just going to be pictures of your BK2 slicing some stuff in the kitchen. After viewing the pictures, though, I see that this is an all out display of the BK2 annihilating that tenderloin.

Yeah the outside on one end did get a little crispy but it was just the outside, the inside was tender and moist, my fire got a little hotter then i wanted but over-all is was a nice appitizer before the Ms.'s got home

overnite some to me :)

i've got a bunch of ground venison, but some tenderloins and backstrap. oh my.

must confess, i drool everytime i see those videos of the japanese deer being dressed

hard to beat good deer meat...although elk tops it slightly IMO.

Me and my 2 may have to visit my freezer now LOL

but what if I hadda drive off in the ditch and thru a fence to accidentally hit it? lol

Damn, my stomach is doing backflips looking at that loin. I didn't kill a deer this year so no loin for me. :grumpy:

This is good motivation for next season. Thanks.
