My BK2 with scales I made from Cocobolo.

Beautiful grain structure. I should do some of those. Are they gonna be for show or are you gonna use them?

ha! post 800

Thanks guys. This one is gonna be a user. I have trouble with safequeens: I don't have any. Same with guns: all shooters. It would be nice if when I died and my kids looked down the barrel of the guns they inherit they would say: " theres hardly any rifling left, and all of dads knives look like hell"........

Lemme get that for you:

Thanks Maethor, I will give it a try. Im using Picassa 3. Do you think there is a more user friendly format out there?

Thelastdaze: you must of looked at it REALLY close up!! They aren't horrible, but if and when I find something better to attach the scales to the knife, I will get them, but the best I could find are these gold colored aluminum chicago screws- which I hate, but they were the only thing wide enough to accomodate. I would take something in black for sure. Thanks for looking.

Since the gold is so different from what is usually used, it looks good! I wonder what it would look like with a satin or polished finish on the blade?

flickr is great. If you use Picasa, chances are you have a Google account which you can use to create a flickr account. flickr is good. Oh, did I mention I like flickr?

They give you a monthly limit of 300MB of pictures and 3 mins/300MB of video a month, for free. The video thing isn't really impressive, but hey. That's what youtube is for.

No, I'm not paid by flickr or anything, I just really like it. Someone here on the forum suggested I try it, and I did. Thank you again, guy whose name I forgot!

take care
