I recently won a giveaway for some Acacia wood scales from oregon fal'er and along with the leather sheath made by nick I won a while back I decided it was time to make my 2 a little more personalized.

So I stripped it this weekend , gave it a plum patina, and put the new scales on it.

Next I will be adding some liners out of some white dvd cases I have. I was also thinking about maybe trying to grind off the extra extension of the pummel.

Great setup. That sheath is flat-out awesome. I'm pretending I didn't read the part about grinding down the pommel.

Don't listen to them! Slay that pommel! I'm planning to take it off of my 7 whenever I get around to it. But....you know......internet.

to grind or not to grind...that is the question...been thinking about grinding off the thumb ramp on my 9, not decided yet.
