My BK7 ZK Series

I like the look of the ZK Series knives. But, I can't really justify buying them to myself when I still "need" so many more BK's. So I made some minor modifications to my 7 to add in some "toxic green". I cut the liners from one of my son's DVD cases and added stainless hardware. The liners still need a little sanding, but I like how it came out.

I love the feel of liners on some of these "thinner" Beckers. The BK2 feels just right in my hand, and the BK9 didn't feel quite right until I got liners for it.

Thanks, I absolutely agree, the handle feels so much better in my hand with the liners.

Thanks, I got the DVD case liner idea from an old post of yours They'll hold me over till I can get some green Flexxx liners for my other knives.

It was a tough debate between Veggie Tales and Leapfrog. But I used the Leapfrog.

i've seen some nice toxic looking paint, that might actually glow in the dark

Im onna hunt for the stainless hardware.the local store has the correct screws, but only in black like the originals, they have phillips head stainless but no allen wrench head stainless. GRRRRR I needa better store!
