First off,Scott & I had a blast,we're almost fully healed,I still have a lot of follow up stuff to do.We met a heap of great people,all "Quality",as Scott put it
I have most all the knives here now,except for my Kerry Hampton desk knife & I am sure he will add pictures here & Kerry,you are tops,in my book,even though in my world,there are no books,lol

Next up,Tom Goodpasture miniature Santoku,white bone scales.This SS starts out with tapered stock,makes for a thin grind.Notice the top of the tang is thicker than the bottom.Riad,I threw some implements in there for size.I'd recommend something bigger foir everyday practical kitchen use,but I could not resist this lil' guy & the price was real great
This size chopper comes in handy when dicing & mincing smaller amounts of stuff,like garlic,or dill.
