Has arrived.

As some of you on facebook know, there's some less than happy things happening right now that forced me to cancel my plans to go to BLADE. I did have a knife sold that I planned to hand off at the show, so I found a mutual friend of mine and the buyer's to hand off and collect the cash. As it turned out, exactly enough cash to buy something on my behalf that Tim Reeve posted a pic of and I just had to have...... ;)

Thanks! And a beautiful one, especially when you do that....

Here's what I see when I look at this stunning knife. It started out a clear, light color, then the black stripe was painted along the top line. As the knife was held at an angle, the black paint dripped down across both slabs of wood.

Those inlays look awesome how they mate up. Very nice! Natural light is your friend!
 
Hate to hear you couldn't make to Blade :(, hope the reasons you couldn't go work out for you.

That's a gorgeous CRK, that one may be a game changer in your already fabulous collection. :eek:
By not being able to go, you probably saved yourself a ton of money and the agony of trying to decide which one/s would be on the chopping block.

So pretty !!! Unfortunately Atlanta is just a bit to far away from Germany :-) Glad that some of those Pale Moon Ebony Sebenza and Mnandi remain within our little community over here.

Hoping that whatever kept you away from visiting Blade Show will work out to the better!
 
That is one gorgeous knife LW!!! But that wood should be on a pool cue!!!

Congrats!! That is gorgeous!!

I am so sorry that you couldn't make it to Blade. I hope what ever caused you not to go is resolved.
