I have been having problem with my 735.
First right after I got it the blade was kind of flaking away. which suggested to me BM had just over sharpened it. I tried to resharpen fix it myself w/ the sharpmaker but the tip had also been broken and I couldn't get it right so I sent it to BM with a note discribing the problem and my consern that it was over sharpened or maybe The metal was cooked wrong. They fixed the blade no charge and sent it back. I've been useing the blade for maybe 3 weeks since I got it back and the blade has held up but the tip broke off. I swear I didn't pry with it and I can't think of anything very hard that I would have stabbed into(cardboard maybe).
So I call apon the vast knowledge that is blade forums! Is 154cm just not strong enough? I've used 440c as an EDC and it never did anything like this it just only stayed sharp for three seconds.
Is my 735 flawed?
Thanks for your help.
