and him and his wife just had there first child last week:thumbup::thumbup:. Phineas Lee.
Glad he made it home for the birth.

Well anyway while he was over in country I sent him a SJTAC, urban camo with no logo and blk mircata.I also sent kydex along from Gravelface:thumbup:
I told him a little about his new knife and a little about the company but not much. I just told him to use and abuse it and let me know. Well I just got an email from him yesterday and I will quote

"I also wanted to let you know I really appreciate that knife you got me. Hands down the best knife I have every owned. Its better than any knife I have ever heard of. It is easy to sharpen and holds an edge much longer than I would have expected for a blade that seems that soft. Not to mention that you can't break that thing. I used it every day for everything. I carried it on me always. Best knife ever. If I could only take 1 item of gear outside the wire, only one thing besides my rifle, water and my uniform, that knife is it."

And he went on and on about how much he thanked me for it but you get the pic.

Just another happy customer, Thanks Jerry and The Busse gang;)

give him our thanks for the job he done over there and on another post for a man wanting to give his graduating marine recon son a busse, some was worried about them being two big and not enough room to carry them, this is the correct answer.

glad he is back home in the states.

I am glad that he made it home safely.
From one veteran to another, thank him for his service for me.
Thank you,
-steve

That knife is where it belongs.

A Busse in a safe is like a genius in a bureaucracy. ;)

Glad to hear that a great Knife made a difficult place maybe a little bit easier. Glad he's home safe!

It's great to have our boys back especially when they bring back good stories!

Awesome!!! I love the fact that he didn't necessarily know what brand knife he was using. Great testemonial.

Good on you Backpacker!! That was a great story, be sure to thank your bro-in-law for all of us:thumbup:

I'm glad he liked the knife! A good knife is a must have when you go to the sandbox.

Great news. The knife review is one thing but having him safe at home with his family is the best part. Make sure to give him a big THANKS from all of us here at Busse Combat for his service.

I love what I do here, but if anyone ever wonders why I do it, this is a great example.

Again, it is great that he is home and when you see him be sure to pass on our most sincere gratitude for answering the call.

He listed the knife before ammo on his short-list???? ;)

Great to hear. Tell him thanks from all of us Armchair Commando's.

Well, he did list his rifle first, perhaps this was meant to include the ammo.

Great report. Thank you for sharing it and send our thanks to him for his service.

That's all great news, thanks for sharing it. Tell him THANKS for his service!

I like how he said "...you can't break that thing." :)

I appreciate his service.
