On the morning of 4/23/2009 Montgomery County,MD police found my

brother stuck by multiple vehichles near the intersection of Rt.29 & 198 his

body was found in the middle of traffic lanes and ran over many times. Our

family feels he was murdered and dumped there. please see the video and

links. The Montgomery Police department has gave our family no information

at all. They claim the corriners report was finished Friday but would not

release the body to our family. Then they contacted the funeral home and

asked for dental records. the funeral home called my parents and instructed

them to call the coriners office. 15 min later they called back and told my

parents that they should not call them. I called the office and requested to

be able to come see my brothers body. They told me it was against State law

and was not permitted at all. I know there are alot of Police officers here

Please can someome help!!!!!! Is there anyone who has a FBI contact info,

Paul,

I am sorry for what you and your family are facing. In 1980 my father was murdered in New Orleans. We NEVER got any information from NOPD. My advice would be get a lawyer that has experience in working with the police. It will be costly but you MAY get your questions answered. God bless.

Wow, that's terrible. I'm sorry you and your family are having to go through this. Also that it's being made worse by the frustrations of no one seeming to work with you.

I wish peace to you and yours, Paul. Smoke up from Northern AZ, and I hope you get the answers you need for solace in the days ahead.

My condolences.

My brother was murdered in 1998.

The police, would give us no information and we were told that for a Baker Act case (suspected suicide or murder) that information was given to no one, not even family. By the time a court order was handed down, they had "misplaced" the evidence.

I wanted to do something extremely violent and deeply pornographic with those responsible.

I hope it works out better for you.

My deepest sympathies and condolences to you and your family. That is horrific and shocking news......... I hope and pray that your answers come soon.

Steven
