My brother's first sheath project, for the BK2

I bought my brother a BK2 for his birthday. He loves the knife (of course) and wants to make a sheath but has no idea about leather work, so he picks up some leather and decides to try some trial by error. He has never made a sheath before. This is what he comes up with..... damn outstanding work for the first project!

Did I mention he hand-stitched. He will eventually start working on pistol holsters as well.

Looks nice from what I can see. Double-stitched, heavy snaps, reminds me of my first sheath (which I made for my BK-9 at the time - Nick, do you still have that thing?)

Hell yes I do!!!! When ever I go out with just one knife I rock that sheath on my hip.
 
Fine work, there! I've tried some leatherwork in the past, and nothing has been anywhere near that good.
