What's the fun way of saying that you got new scales for your knife?

If you get a new sheath, you call it "new pants", right...?

Anyways, I got some Micarta for the BK2:

The scales are obviously modified and that's why I got a pretty nice deal on them from the Exchange.

Don't really mind at all. Of course, now I need to properly field test the knife with the new... whatever.

Regarding the modification to the scales, they don't bother me because I don't have very larger hands so I doubt they'll be an issue.
