I received my favorite Busse yesterday. This knife is a beast and is also beautiful. The green linen handles are outstanding. I wish Busse still used this style of green linen. If you dont have a HOGFSH i got two words for you, GET ONE!!! The pics dont do it justice.

Next I got my new pants for some of my babies. Chuddybear does outstanding work but I know most of you already know that. Thank you Chuck for such great quality and attention to detail.

The FSH is a Classic and a must have Busse in my book. :thumbup:


I like that green micarta as well. It has so much more character than the basic blacks and tans.

And I know green micarta really doesn't cost much more than black or tan, so I wish Jerry would use it as a standard option.

Bark River typically charges about $10 more or so for green micarta. I am sure Jerry could do similar.

I also like some of the older natural micartas that were more brown than tan. I wish we had options for the deeper browns.

My favorite micarta to date is still this this GORGEOUS brown (from UJ's SJ collection... ):

DWRW, the micarta on that Satin Jack is green linen. It just looks more brown than green but it is green linen micarta.

Beautiful nonetheless!!!

I was just asking about the HH FSH in another thread last night. It looks to be the best all around blade for what I do. Could be used as a chopper, or take care of smaller chores. I hope jerry comes out with this blade again. I want one real bad. Love the piggy back setup as well. very nice

I want anything with that green linen, a HOGFSH would more than fit the bill. I have that exact same piggy-back rig from Chuck, they're sweet... if you can keep your pants up.
