Hello, new member here. I've been lurking around for a few weeks and have really enjoyed looking at everyone's knives. For me traditional knives are the only kind that matters, I have some modern folders but haven't carried one in over a year. Anyway here are some pictures of my collection that I have accumulated since my pawpaw gave me my first camillus yellow handled trapper when my age was still in the single digits

Thank y'all I really like talking about and showing off knives it is an obsession that my pawpaw started when I was probably 5 or maybe a little older
 
Nice group of knives! Is your first knife the trapper in the photos?

I wish I still had my first knife (a Swiss army knife that my grandfather gave to me when I was 6 years old) but it was lost during college. It was my only knife for many years. I think the 1st knife that I purchased myself was probably a Schrade 8OT and it looks like you've got one also.

If you're talking about the yellow handled one in this picture yes it is

Yes I'm very glad that i have kept up with it all these years. He also gave me the red handled case trapper when I graduated high school. Some of the other knives were his that I got after he died but those two mean the most to me.
