I got my first "tactical" folder when I was 16, a Cold Steel Voyager Tanto with a 4" blade. I carried it everywhere until the plastic clip snapped off and it was demoted to fishing tackle box duty. I replaced it with a CS Gunsite. Then two years later I bought a Benchmade Mel Pardu Axis Folder, and fell in love with G10 handles and ATS-34 steel. Next I got a pair of Strykers (one got lost at work). Then I turned 21 and started stocking up on handguns and rifles. I'm now 24, with a wife and a 4 year old, and a great job that provides me with plenty of spare money to spend on fun stuff. I have my handgun/shotgun battery pretty well rounded out, along with a sizable stock of ammunition that I keep on hand for "just in case". I figured it was time to buy a few nice knives and flashlights (with the boss...er wife's approval). First I got a Surefire 6P and a Spyderco Karambit. A few weeks later I was given an Emerson Commander and Karambit. Then last week I ordered a Super CQC-7. I recieved it today and immediately ordered a regular CQC-7 to use as my EDC (I don't want to abuse the Super CQC, planning on customizing it a little bit).

Here's what I have so far, minus the CQC-7 that's on the way:

Notice the wear marks on the benchmade clips- they stayed sharp for years while riding in my pocket and being abused constantly!

My new favorite:

I love the clips like you have on your benchmades. I like how they wear in, i wish my griptilian came with it, my old ascent did. Nice collection!

Very nice, its good you have some spare cash for toys, if you stick around here long enough you won't have any problem finding thigns to spend it on, lol...Thanks for sharing your collection with us!

Alkso you said surefire 6P, but isn't that an E2E defender? or something like that E2D...?

Yeah, my wife had the 6P while out with my daughter trick or treating...the E2E was clipped to my pocket.

Thanks guys!

ahhh cool, I bet she had the best light on the block, lol, I can see it now, one little girl leading the way with a hundred kids trailing behind...lol...

Very nice collection!

Thanks for the pics. Nice to see both sides of the CQC7 and Commander.
