I finally finished gathering all of the 2007 Special Edition knives, at least those that are California-legal, meaning eight of the nine. I do own the one that is not legal in California, but it is kept with my parents who are out-of-state, and it will get to them on Monday. I plan to photograph it the next time I visit them.

Anyway, here are a couple photos of my complete 2007 Special Edition set, minus the apparently too-evil-to-own-in-California Argonne Assault:

Beautiful....btw, we'd promise not to rat you out if you decided to keep the AA in your safe and only take it out to fondle it every now and then :)

ALL I lack is the FSH, and I am really wanting one.... These are the best looking knives I have seen in a long time

That is a great looking set Ken.

I have room for you to store your Argonne Assault if you need it. :)

I have heard there are restrictive gun laws in California but can they charge you for having a particular knife in you home ? That seems a bit rediculous ! What about a chainsaw ? Oh well the people who make laws must in some weird way understand what it it is tey are doing

Lunde,

Forgive my noob ignorance, but which one is not Kalifornia legal? I had no idea that there were restrictions on fixed blade knives also.

M67Chucker, you wrote:

It is the Argonne Assault. Its knuckle guard is what makes it illegal in California. I probably could get away with keeping it, but I feel that prudence is best. I can still own it, but out-of-state.

Thanks Lunde,

I had no idea.

I have a win win proposition.

Send the knife to Garth and he will make in CA legal for you and you will get a nice pendant to wear on a chain also.

Or even better, send it to Grinducci and he( or they depending on how his disorder is acting up that day) will make it into a very nice matched set. Both of which should be CA legal, and probably not resemble a knife anyways.

That is a beautiful set Ken :thumbup: A sad day it is because I don't see that AA in there. I am sure we will be seeing a pic of that shortly on your next road trip ;)

That's not a bad idea... Then you'd have the only complete Cali legal SE2007 set!!! :) I found this pic in the Exchange, A Cali legal AA. I'm not sure whose pic this is, or I'd give them credit... A great shot! :)
