So, many of you read and replied to my last post about how harbor freight kept postponing the shipment and arrivl date of my Bead blast cabinet. At the last you all knew, they had posponed it twice without any notice to me. I kpt calling to make sure on the date they quoted me that it had come in and that it was soon to be shipped. Anyway, I called for a third time and they did it again !!!! GOD DAMN IT ! SON OF A B*#CH ! I need that cabinet ASAP as I stated previously. I have s butt load of knives ready for blasting. This is keeping me from getting my name out there a little more as well as making a little extra $ to re-invest in more machinery. SO, I start hollaring a bit on the phone but the operator/customer service can't really do anything about it. SO, I just had to cancel the order and see what else they had in place of that particular cabinet. So I got another for $10. more. Now I asked them if they had these in stock and they said they had 10 so that there is no hold up on these. It should arrive between today and Monday....we'll see. Thanks for listening to my bitchin' but these folks gotta be more clear and /or at least make an effort to contact the customer and let them know ahead of time that there may be an additional delay and see whether the customer wants something else in place.
