I bought a large tanto CUDA a few years back, and it's been my daily carry knife ever since. It handles the abuse I give it, it's still shaving sharp, and it disappears in my pocket when I'm at church. HERE'S THE PROBLEM. I think I've finally found the weak spot. The sliding button on my knife likes to work it's way out, and kind of jams the knife blade when you close it. The play in the button is very slight, and I don't even notice it until I try to close the blade. It usually happens if I open the knife too hard, or when stabbing into a solid target. The button snaps back in, and it works fine after that, but I really don't want something breaking while I'm depending on my knife. Has anyone else had this problem? Any suggestions as to how to fix it?

illinifan,
Thanks for being a customer! I carried a CUDA QUIK ACTION for many years myself, and I'm not sure if I have ever experienced anything quite like that. We will be glad to take a look at it for you, and in the process, refurbish you knife for you.

Please contact 800-344-0456, and the ladies in customer service will be glad to take care of you.

Your right though, the way they grind the large tanto blade folders,...they are unbelieveable cutters aren't they?:p
