I also carry a .380 LCP after years of carrying larger (and smaller) firearms. It's a great SD weapon. I carry a Benchmade Mini-Grip and SAK Ambassador. I don't carry a flashlight other than a little LED penlight on my keychain and I damn sure don't carry a tacticool pen. But as far as a watch, I like Rolex's and Omegas and usually wear a SS Sub, SS GMT II, or Speedmaster Professional. If you can afford one and the price is worth it to you, they are an absolute joy to own and wear. It's my only man jewelry.
