Well here's my baby in a new cerakote suit, courtesy of Jeff at 4bush weapons refinishing. He does good work at a fair price! The reassembly was a royal pain, and a bit of cerakote came off some of the mounting holes which was expected due to the tight tolerances. I highly recommend him for cerakoting any knives, firearms, flashlights, or whatever you can think of :).

That looks sweet! I almost feel bad for you having to put that back together...kershaws/ZTs definetly have tight tolerances, it took my 0700 apart and I needed some, ugh "Persuading" to get it back together;)

Yeah man it was one helluva time smacking it with the background end of the screwdriver to get the pins in and stuff. Pretty brutal stuff! The color is safety orange oran and black Btw.

That's cool, I also recommend duracoating, its really good too plus we have a BF duracoater that does a great job. How good is Cerkote compared to Duracoat?

Apparently cerakote is a better material as far as durability is concerned. I was going to try duracoat, but I read comparisons on both and changed my mind :)

Cerakote, in every aspect is more superior to Duracoat. I started with Duracoat years ago....after finding Cerakote I threw away all my Duracoat and never looked back.
