Laminated blade of 416 stainless steel skin and W2 core, I think.

Matt Diskin Lightning Strike Carbon fiber with carbon fiber wrap.

Paul Long Leather with lizard inlay.

Thanks for looking.

Not quite a cool as your buddy Joey's....but VERY nice nonetheless:D

Peter

I like this one, fits my hand better. Brother Joseph likes long handles....so does David Mirabile

Completely fantastic knife and sheath

I was torn which one to take , I saw both first and would be pleased with either

The sheath is excellent and if I wear the current one out I hope Paul will do one for me

Congrats on a great little set up

Congrats on your and Joey getting your matching purses.... um... I mean... knives and sheaths. :p

Just kidding. Those are both seriously cool blades - congrats on your pickup STeven.

WoW!!! Great sheath STeven... It really makes what I do, look so much nicer.
I'm going to have to talk to Mr. Long.... Joe was bringing me to meet Paul, when we were distracted on the Blade show floor by something that made us both forget what we were doing. ;-) Damn you Joe! But seriously, I'm going to have to talk to Mr. Long about some leather work in the near future.

PS...
Had a great visit with you and Phil while in sunny So. Cal. That was definately the highlight of my trip. Great knives, great dinner, great people.... Nothing better..

Hopefully you will make it to Visalia next month.

Glad you like it, David.

I'll try to make it out to Visalia....no promises at this point.

Hanging out with everyone in Vegas was THE BEST and one of THE STRANGEST weekends this year....just wish it hadn't been so damned bittersweet.

Best Regards,

Thats a tough looking cool knife you got there! Enjoy. I appreciate your post also since you don't show knives all the time.

Paulie I remember a time when you hated Damascus and you are starting to like it now .. maybe laminate blades will catch your fancy someday

I bet you if John White ever makes a laminate blade the lamination line will follow the edge EXACTLY from guard to tip at EXACTLY the same depth.

That's right, isn't it John?:D

Paul,

I'm not touching that one with a ten foot straight-edge....
