I can't believe I forgot to post this here!

Meyerco has picked up several of my designs for production. The official release will be at SHOT! There will be 6 designs with a good chance more will be released later. They will be producing two versions of my Variable design, the Claw and BroadHead, a keyring knife called the ThumbDrive, a small field knife The Flux, a short wharncliffe style blade called The Wharning and last but not least The Persian. I don't have any pics of the ThumbDrive or the Wharning.

Going left to right, Variable Claw(production won't be damascus), Variable BroadHead(production will have shorter handle), The Flux(this one is only roughed), The Persian. I don't have any pictures of the ThumbDrive or the Wharning. When I get the prototypes I will get some good pictures.

Yes, I am extremely excited!:D:D:D

Congrats Dirk! I really like your work. It's getting more difficult for a maker to stand out with so many new designs hitting the market and I've been a fan of your stuff since I first saw your work.

congrats dirk

when you become rich and famous please dont forget us here ;)

Great! I know from some of your previous posts that you have good taste in knives. Can't wait to see your production knives. Congrats!

congrats!

dimensions?

Thank you everyone! I am really jazzed! :D

The Variable Claw will be 2.5 blade and a 3.5" handle including the finger hole.

The Variable BroadHead will be 1.75" blade and a 2.5" handle

The Persian will have a 4.25" blade and a 4" handle,

The ThumbDrive will be 2" overall, blade is 1"

The Flux will have a 1.5" blade with a 3.75" handle

The Wharning will have a 2.5" blade and a 3" handle

Obviously, these are my smaller easier to carry blades. This is where Meyerco wanted to stay, for now. I have some larger blades drawn up, hoping to pique their interest.;)

I like The Persian also. Ive often thought about sharpening both sides of an upswept skinner.
