I was asked to take some images showing how I display some of my knives.
Capturing a dozen Bowies in one shot was quite a challenge and I thought the result was worth posting.

Can we get a big, "You Suck!" here? :D

Heck of a nice collection, Petey. :)

That's quite a collection, of both knives & makers! It's not hard to see that there are 12 different makers and a full case. It naturally brings about the question, "What comes next?" :)Going to be hard to top those beauties.

Thanks for sharing. Great collection!

A a Bowie fan and collector I have to say you sure have some very nice knives. Now you have given me a idea how to display mine!

A great set of Bowies representing some of the
best MS's in the world who make them. Beautiful!!

All the best,

Ditto!!

Peter,

Beautiful collection from top makers.

VERY nice collection. That is also a nice looking coffee table having the display top.

Thanks for posting your treasures!

Peter

A nicer collection of Bowie knives would be hard to find anywhere.
Outstanding in every way.
Thanks for sharing, Peter !

Doug

I like the fact they have a glass cover over them helps protect them from drool. That is a very nice twelve pack.

Excellent display, Peter - that Foster is an unusual one for him, no? I really like it!

Any one of those blades could be poster-child examples of what a bowie ought to be - thanks for sharing!

Look at how perfectly he sized them to fit. That's the Peter I know. ;)

Only thing that display needs is a set of casters to wheel them room-to-room. Follow you everywhere. :D

I'll bet that's only 1/3 of your stash.

Coop

Coop, did you notice I shot the image from 6-7 feet above the table? Stairwells have more than one use.

Matthew, the design of the knife was dictated by Burt's incredible stag carver. As far as I know, it is one of a kind.

Gary, "What comes next?" Next in the on deck circle is a Damascus Bowie from Jason Knight, MS.

Very COOL!

I love to see custom knives displayed!!!!
Too many (imo) locked away in drawers and safes out of view. ;)

thanks for sharing a bit of your collection, what a nice thing to see!
