I recently picked up this one as a DOTD for 11/7
Listed as; "18 inch 22 ounce villager fit and finish Chainpura Sirupati by Ram Kumar. Sisau wood handle. Leather sheath. Sharp and pointy blade!"
Description is definitely accurate! The Chainpura style pommel/grip, with sirupati blade is a great combo, and it was indeed very sharp - paper cutting sharp right out of the box. Light and lively in the hand! The only thing "villager fit" about it was that the polish wasn't perfect - and honestly, if you went out and used the thing 5 times you would pretty much end up here anyways. Great deal, and a fantastic piece! Extremely happy! Thanks Aunty!
