My dream knife

My dream knife would be a Large regular sebenza with H1 steel.

Is there any chance that CRK would do a special custom job just for me?

CRK are always happy to take custom orders and special requests, and they do go out of their way to make accommodations for their customers. As the other poster said, go ahead and ask them, but in your case I think it's pretty doubtful. Chris likes his S30V- he designed it, after all- and the entire concept of the Seb is based around the blade. The grind, the shape, the edge, the heat treatment, and the finish are all dependent on Chris's thorough understanding of the steel and how to work with it. Unless you are willing to pay an ungodly amount of money, and Chris is willing to set aside an exorbitant amount of time to master H1, I don't think it will be possible.

You may have better luck looking for a custom maker to do a blade for you.It will be very expensive.Good luck!

I have seen custom blades for sebenza's made in the past...the search tool is yur friend. :thumbup:

It's coming--at some point. Who knows, maybe as early as the SHOT Show in a month. With the One Piece Range now gone, that frees up some man hours for something.
