This week while iced in I sold a bunch of flashlights and knives I wasn't using. Then I treated myself to a new Surefire LX2. Also after losing a D2 Griptillian (green one shown) during a motorcycle ride and finding it a day later (!!) --after being ran over several times--I treated my self to a Bone Collector Benchmade. So, it was time to re-do my EDC drawer. The only thing not shown is my TDI knife. Nice to clean out the safe and drawer.

I went to Lowes flooring department and the manager let me have a sheet of the grey interconnecting flooring out of an open package for $2. So three hours, one dull Exacto knife and one deep finger cut later:

You got that right! But I had to be honest and apply the 6 month rule. So many of them went this week. I do need a couple more sub 2.5" bladed knives that I can carry in my federal building though.....
 
You've only got one drawer to choose from? Psh...you've got a long way to go grasshopper :p.

Seriously, those are some great EDC choices. If I owned all of that, I'd need to get a better belt.

Dude. You oughta see my left "bird" finger. On the second to the last cutout, 3 hours and two cigars in I ran the knife south and my finger north at the same time. Freakin' knives don't care what they are cutting, and I was using the segmented type of retractable knife and had just broken off the old, exposing the fresh blades!.....:eek:
 
Is it a diffuser you got on Surefire LX2? I would love to have that light if it was not for TIR lense that is pretty bad for close up work, what's your view on it?
What is the buttom little spyderco with black handle? Also what's a knife on left side of Griptilian, looks like a textured g-10 handle?
Which leatherman do you prefer, charge or wave?

WOW:eek: that is a sweet collection. do you have any of those flashlights that you need to get rid of? i could take one off your hands if you have too many.....:D

The diffuser is a bottle cap from bottled water--perfect fit, diffuses less than the Surefire F04 diffuser, but who cares. Offers protection and I don't care if I lose it. Learned that trick on candlepowerforums. The light is awesome. I carred the L1 for the last couple years, with a bottle cap, but with the clip from and E1B Backup for bezel down carry--the only way IMO. I REALLY like the UI of the light with the push button two stage OR twist in for constant on. Makes my motorcycle safety checks really easy. And the clip on the LX2 is superb.

Little black spydie is a Co-Pilot.

Newest knife left of grippie is a Benchmade 15020 Bone Collector. Yes, textured G10 and D2 steel. It "replaces" the still fully functional grippie which got lost off a motorcycle for a day and ran over several times. The other side of the grippie is all ground in, but still works perfectly and the blade was unaffected. Here's the Bone Collector:

Probably prefer the wave. Haven't really carried either too much, but the wave is slightly smaller and I'm less afraid to lose it!

Ha ha just sold and mailed a half dozen or so. Still have a mint Nitecore Extreme Infinity on my sales thread if you check it out on CPF. My username there is Pseudofed.
 
Great collection of knives and lights ! I see a few Novatacs in the corner ... looks like the older (before the quality went down) ones as well. Where's the McGizmo's, and Ra's ? No collection is complete without those ! LOL
