My EDC

I hope this works. It's my personal EDC. 1/8" Edgequenched and satin finished 1084. 2 3/4" blade, 6 1/2" overall. Coccobolo with SS pins. It's been used pretty rough the last month or so. I've replaced my folder with it.

I use a simple leather pouch sheath. It rides nicely under my BDU top. I use a "cammed" welt that locks the knife in. I've been using this knife pretty roughly the last month to see how I liked the design. I've been refining the design for the last couple of months.

How you liking FT Resort? I did my first AIT there in the old Brem's barracks (probably torn down now) I was the last graduating class of 31Cs (RATT Rig) from Brem's Barracks. Used to have a lot of fun at the Scottish Inn even though it was "off limits to Army Personnel."

Ft. Resort? Hmm... well, it is a lot nicer than my last post, Camp Essayons in S. Korea. I don't know about Ft. Resort though, that sounds more like Schofield barracks in Hawaii. It's not bad here though, I'm just glad to be back where everyone speaks English! Haven't checked out any of the local watering holes yet, but since I'm still waiting for my 21st birthday I doubt I'll be spending time in them anyway.

RR, well I was there back in 87. Different Army, our alcohol briefing was, "iffen you're old enough to die, you're old enough to drink." Our training BN had it's own bar in the Quad called the Tiger's Cage.
