Ferrrk does the absolute best mods for Emersons and his prices are incredibly reasonable. I just sent him a box full of knives last week but unfortunately none of them were Emersons.

I also just noticed how many people from the bay area are in this thread.
 
Very nice :thumbup: Sure wish there was someone in Canada, that did that sort of thing.
If we ship it to the USA for mod's chances are, Customs Canada, would seize it on the way back :( Even sending a knife to Emerson for warranty work is a risk.

I think it would work out if the knife was disassembled going over the border both ways though.
That's what I'm doing with knves I buy from the States now, and so far it works great.
They can't try flicking it, and as long as there's no questionable springs in it, they can't do much.:thumbup:

Ha ha maybe I'll be brave enough to try and take one apart, with out buggering up :p If I do bugger up, then good ole Jay at WW will have another Emerson sold.

But I doubt you'll screw it up. My Comrade and Super Karambit disassembled really nicely.:thumbup:
 
Yes, that does suck. Send it to me for proper use er I mean proper disposal. Knice knife.
