Saw my first Endura in the movie "Cliffhanger". Had to have one after that, and have owned many over the last several years. I've always loved my Enduras! This latest version 4 however, has to be the "uber" Endura for sure. I'm totally impressed with all the latest improvements. Improvements usually found on knives going for twice as much if not more $$. I ordered from a retailer online (blade shop or something to that effect), and according to their site, the handle was GREY. I got my Endura in, and the handle is definitely blue. I even asked my fiance for her opinion, because women are better at making out colors, and she said it was definitely not grey...more green/blue. Here's a pic. I'm not complaining, it was a nice surprise.

I'm partially color-blind, particularly with blues and greens, yet my Wave looks ocean-y blue-green to me, not grey.

The reproduction here on my screen makes that knife's handle look "ocean-y blue-green" to me, too.

I'm not pleased with that. I like royal blue, even sky blue, but I'm not a fan of "ocean-y blue-green".

I am planning to order a waved Delica, but I don't care for the fact that it's not done with a BLACK handle like the originals. I suppose I'll still order it, and then if/when they make a black-handled version I'll have to get that, too. :(

the endura is a great knife. Its one of those knives I feel I should always have at least one. I completely regret trading it, and aim to get another one when I get paid. whether its a 3 or 4 generation. I loved both. something about it, thats just a must have.
