My factory sharpening incident !!!

I have owned 2 Spyderco knives both Endura lightweights and have been very pleased with their performance. The first one had the molded clip and served me well, unfortunately I lost it 5 or 6 years ago. I bought a replacement that had the new steel, screw in clip and after a year or so the clip fell off one night out in the bush and the knife stayed in my pocket. No big deal I dealt with the knife for the last 3 or 4 years without a clip. So fast forward to last month, I finally neaded to sharpen the Spyder-Edge and I didn't own a sharpmaker yet, so I looked on their website to see how to get it sharpened at the factory. Send it in with a money order for 5 bucks to for return postage and another 10 if you want a new clip. Off it goes on the UPS truck with a money order a letter explaining what I want. Today I get a package in the mail from Spyderco, and upon opening it I don't find my knife. What I do find is a brand new Endura (with Boye indent), a letter and my money order for $15. This is unbelievable, all I asked for was a sharp knife and new clip and these guys went the extra mile of replacing my knife under warranty and I even got my money back. So all it cost me was the original UPS shipping. This is some of the best service I have ever had from any company! I was thinking of buying another Spydie or 2 and this has only strengthened my resolve to do so. So to Sal and especially Michael Hayes in warranty Thank You! for the great products and service! I will definately be a returning customer and will continue to spread the good word about Spyderco.
