I posted this on Scrap Yard this morning; here are the ones I brought home:

You don't see M6s come up often -- for all I know, this might be the last; it's a Custom Shop and it followed me home.

The theme of this Fall's KC was Orange, mainly with the SOS series, but I really liked the pair of all-orange knives. It surprised me that they were priced higher than the SOS satins, but they are hollow ground. I left the Boss Street for refinishing -- the AD has a small coating blemish too, but not very noticeable. However, when I showed the Boss Street to other attendees, all but one mentioned the "bird's eye". The Boss Street blemish wasn't huge, but it stood out due to how smooth and glossy the orange coating is and where it was on the blade, I really liked the all-orange color scheme though, so bought both anyway -- I'm sure it'll be perfect when they send it back from the shop. There isn't too much special about the Warden, but the hand shaped handles feel great in my hand, so I bought it.

This is one of the new Busse Drop Point Hunters -- the ones in exotic handle materials (I saw two in bone and one in wood) were only $5 more than the ones in Orange G10, and while I really liked the Orange G10, I liked this Orange Giraffe Bone better.

I thought this one-off Custom Boss Street was so cool -- it's like a dagger, double edge beveled from the center of the blade and the "spine" is sharpened, but it's Bowie shaped.

WOW, that thing is super orange.
Congrats on the scores! Nice little take-home stash :)

That orange on orange is so sweet it should be illegal. I need that one here in Rocky Top...

Nice scores! I love that BOSS St. bowie variant.

I like that Game Warden and Boss Street. Nice talking to ya again Jim.

I was so tempted to get that GW, cant recall ever seeing one with smooth scales like that. Nice scores.

Jim --- what did you think of that new "Fury"? Is it as nice as it looks?!!?
Personally, it didn't call to me. The steel is .32-inch, which is hollow ground for a nice cutter, but I am not a big fan of thick knives; with steel that thick, the handles get fairly thick. It's pretty neutrally balanced due to the hollow grind, not at all balanced like a chopper. I also thought it would be longer -- it was shorter than a Mistress, perhaps more in line with a FSH. I was a bit tempted by the ones with hand-shaped tigerhide Micarta handles, but they were priced a couple hundred more than an SOS FSH, which was something I intended to buy. However, I've been trying to control spending, so didn't get that FSH either; I may reconsider the SOS line when the Ganza rolls around, but I think shipping would cost enough less than sales tax to make holding off on it worthwhile. Besides, I already have three FSH, so do I really need more?

I've gotten off-track; I liked the Fury, but not enough to part with the money. However, if you like thick INFI and thick handles, it's a pretty knife -- I'd recommend the hand-shaped handles because I think they feel much better, but the machined G10 looks very attractive.

if the scales were nice & thicker than average like the snakeskin G-rex one i got from BLADE...then ya should have! With the exception of my giraffe bone Blues Warden, it is easily the most ergonomically comfortable handled GW I have! :)
jnphares, what's the thickness on your GW?
